We’re Nichole and Ben Farrow. Married. Two kids. And a small holding of pets in rural Sussex.
Nichole brings the stats, the frameworks and the receipts. Relationship strategist, NLP-trained coach, 13+ years, former BBC Five Live resident life coach. She is the expert.

Ben brings the humour, keeps it practical, ask the grounded questions and the will this work on Tuesday night test. And yes, he does the homework because he’s married to a coach and puts her through her paces.
